2.      Read, Review, and Revise

After making your list of companies, visit their websites and get as much information as possible. Read customer testimonials, methods of cleaning, any awards received for their services, etc. Take note of how long they’ve been in business but don’t let that be your deciding factor. Sometimes the newer company has more to prove and does a better job than a company that’s been around a long time. Also, when reading customer reviews, Google the business name and see what pops up. The company website will rarely post a negative comment about their business whereas other review websites are unbiased. The more information you acquire, the shorter you can make your list.

3.      Make the call

Once you have your top three picks, call them for an estimate and start comparing prices. Remember though, cheaper does not always mean better. Ask them what products they use to clean.
